BORDERS SERIES

Si Se Puede Productions, LLC is so excited to announce our partnership with Antac Entertainment and Vitruvian Films Corp. on a new episodic series entitled BORDERS.

The new series, which will be pitched to major networks including HBO, Netflix and Amazon, features a majority LatinX cast, as well as a diverse Production Team which includes both women and minorities. The series follows the journey of Roberto, a young Salvadorian student, factory worker and adoptee as he struggles to be a voice for the voiceless while at the same time balancing family loyalties. Roberto is caught between two worlds: American and Salvadoreno, constantly being reminded that he doesn’t belong in either one.

Inspired by the Immigrant Rights movement and the Black Lives Matter Movement, the creators (Isaac Pletcher, Jessica Carmona and Anthony Palomba) felt strongly that now is the time for “our stories” to be heard. Written by us, for us and about us. 

The filming will take place over the course of two days in October 2021 in Baton Rouge, LA.
